VandeSchraaf Earns CCS Player of the Week
ATLANTA, Ga. --- On Monday afternoon, the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) announced its weekly awards, highlighting Asbury volleyball sophomore equine science major Isabelle VandeSchraaf as the CCS Co-Player of the Week, alongside Covenant College's Cali Sandhoff.
VandeSchraaf, a Germantown, IL., native, led the Eagles to a 3-0 week, posting 40 kills and 29 digs across 10 sets. She averaged 4.44 kills and 3.22 digs per set while hitting .292 on the week, also recording two double-doubles.
VandeSchraaf currently ranks second in the CCS for kills per set averaging 4.12.
The Eagles will return to action on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in Wilmore, Ky., hosting Covenant College and looking to extend their winning streak to six matches.
