Bluegrass Orthopaedics Student-Athletes of the Week
WILMORE, Ky. --- Asbury men's basketball junior finance major,
Luke Imfeld, and women's swimming sophomore business administration major,
Morgan Stephenson, have been named the Asbury Student-Athletes of the week, presented by Bluegrass Orthopaedics Sports Medicine.
Luke Imfeld | Men's Basketball
Imfeld, a Danville, Ky., native, went 5-8 from the field with two threes finishing with 14 points, three rebounds, and two assists in the home opener against Centre College. Asbury will host Berry College on Friday night at 7:30 pm in Wilmore, Ky.
Morgan Stephenson | Women's Swimming
Stephenson, a Union, KY., native, had a great day on Saturday against Lindsey Wilson. She finished second in the 200 butterfly and second in the 200 IM and her times both rank inside the top 3 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC), 2nd fastest in the 200 butterfly and 3rd fastest in the 200 IM. The Eagles will return to action on Nov. 21-23 at the Centre Midseason Championships in Danville, Ky.
