Bluegrass Orthopaedics Student-Athletes of the Week
WILMORE, Ky. --- Asbury men's soccer junior business administration major,
Peyton French, and volleyball senior communications major,
Riley McChord, have been named the Asbury Student-Athletes of the week, presented by Bluegrass Orthopaedics Sports Medicine.
Peyton French | Men's Soccer
French, a Fleming Island, FL., native, recorded a season-high six saves in the match against LaGrange, marking his second consecutive conference clean sheet. The Eagles will host Midway on Wednesday night at 5 pm.
Riley McChord | Volleyball
McChord, a Lexington, Ky., native, she tallied 21 digs and six assists in a win over Berea, added 13 digs against Piedmont, and capped the week with 25 digs and six assists in a victory over Huntingdon. Asbury will host Covenant College on Wednesday night at 5:30 pm for Senior Night, presented by The Kessinger Lee Group.
