Bluegrass Orthopaedics Student-Athletes of the Week
WILMORE, Ky. --- Asbury golf sophomore accounting major,
Jackson Raby, and volleyball sophomore exercise science major,
Abigail Bruner, have been named the Asbury Student-Athletes of the week, presented by Bluegrass Orthopaedics Sports Medicine.
Jackson Raby | Golf
Raby, a Cincinnati, Ohio, native, took first place individually at the NCCAA Mideast Regional, shooting a two-over (73) on day one and a four-over (75) in the final round. He finished the weekend with five birdies and 21 pars.
Abigail Bruner | Volleyball
Bruner, a Nicholasville, Ky., native, recorded a career-high six blocks to go with five kills and five digs in a win over Anderson University. She followed that performance with four kills and 11 digs in a victory against Hanover College.
