"This was just such a special week for us. It was unique to be at such a big event with just one swimmer, but I really enjoyed being able to invest in Ethan and invest in the relationships with all four of us who made the trip. Things could not have gone better for the first trip to Nationals. Ethan swam really well and stepped up and seized every opportunity that the week presented. He represented Asbury well and achieved some historic firsts for both our swimming program and our athletic department. I could not be more proud of the work he did this year and for the way he competed and trained this entire season. It was a special experience and being there with Ethan and our other coaches is something I'll remember for the rest of my life."
