Originally announced seven months ago as part of a two-year partnership with the NCCAA, the upcoming championship marks the first time Asbury will serve as host for this national event. The meet will welcome more than 500 student-athletes representing NCCAA member institutions from across the country.

"We are pleased to welcome the NCCAA and its student-athletes to campus," said Asbury University President Dr. Kevin Brown. "This championship reflects our commitment to excellence in athletics while advancing our mission to glorify God through competition, character, and community."

The Gray Outdoor Venue, dedicated in June 2025, is a state-of-the-art, multi-use facility featuring an eight-lane track, Sprinturf multi-purpose field, Musco lighting, Daktronics video board, and modern support spaces including locker rooms and a press box. The venue serves as the home of Asbury's track & field program and provides a premier setting for national-level competition.

W T/FIn alignment with the NCCAA's mission, all participating student-athletes will take part in a Christian Service Project prior to the start of competition, emphasizing the organization's commitment to faith and service alongside athletics.

"This event represents one of the largest annual gatherings for NCCAA student-athletes," said Asbury Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics & University Communications Mark Whitworth. "We are honored to host and look forward to creating an experience that is both competitive and Christ-centered."

The championships will run daily from May 6–8 and are open to fans, families, and the public. Spectators are invited to attend and support student-athletes as they compete at the national level.

General Admission will be free for kids 10 and under. 11+ will be charged $10 per day or are given the option of a three-day pass for $20.
