Women's Results
"Wow, we ran wild today! Nine of our 14 men and nine of our 12 ladies had the best race time of their lives. We trained hard through the first four meets this season, but finally eased up this past week to have fresh legs. That, and the best competition and weather of the season, resulted in some great performances. We'll hit it hard again next week, but now they have a better picture of what they can do when we give them some rest. We are four weeks from the conference meet and the team saw today that we are in a good position to challenge Covenant for that title."
