LEXINGTON, Va.--- The 2025-26 Asbury women's tennis team (1-0, 0-0 CCS) secured its first match of the season on Friday evening in Lexington, Va., edging Virginia Wesleyan, 4-3.

Malory Watkins led the Eagles with two wins apiece. The Eagles are coming off a 2025 Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Championship season, with multiple returners and an impressive incoming class.
