HILTON HEAD, SC. — Asbury women's tennis (7-4, 4-0 CCS) bounced back on Wednesday afternoon after a morning loss to Quincy, sweeping Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) opponent Agnes Scott College, 7-0 to remain perfect in conference play.
The Eagles set the tone early by sweeping all three doubles matches. At No. 1, Isabella Sanchez and Katherine Nova cruised to a 6-0 victory, while the No. 2 duo of Alexandra Garcia and Cara Clark followed with a 6-1 win.
Ariadna Zegarra and MaryAlice McVey capped off doubles play with a 6-1 decision at No. 3.
Asbury carried that momentum into singles, turning in a flawless performance across the board. Nova led the way at No. 1 with a commanding 6-1, 6-0 win, and Garcia matched that effort at No. 2 with a 6-0, 6-0 sweep.
Malory Watkins controlled her match at No. 3 (6-0, 6-1), while Sanchez picked up a 6-1, 6-0 victory at No. 4.
Clark added another straight-sets win at No. 5 (6-1, 6-0), and Samantha Drye secured the final point by walkover at No. 6 to complete the sweep.

Asbury completes their spring break trip in Hilton Head tomorrow, March 19th taking on North Carolina Wesleyan at noon.
