How did God use Asbury to impact your life?
Asbury impacted my life in many ways. I met my husband at Asbury in 2011. We now have two beautiful children, Mia and Shepard. At Asbury, I was able to develop my own faith and really focus on my relationship with Christ. I was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ at a young age. I was challenged in many ways at Asbury to grow in my faith and make it my own. I also developed life-long friendships with my teammates and former coach.
What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
Exodus 14:14 - The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still.
What is your current occupation?
Sales and marketing for a wholesale distribution company.
What is your favorite Asbury athletics memory?
As a senior, we finished the season as regular season conference champions. This was the first time in school history the women's team had accomplished this. My four years at Asbury were years of extreme growth and I am proud to be a part of that legacy.
Why would you encourage anyone to attend Asbury University?
Asbury is full of incredible people - from the students to the staff. The community and support are unmatched. Being a part of Asbury Athletics is being a part of a family that will extend well past graduation. It is an honor to play at the collegiate level at such a prestigious institution, academically and athletically.
