WILMORE, Ky. – The Asbury University women's lacrosse team fell 25-11 to No. 5 SCAD at home on Saturday afternoon.
The Eagles move to 4-7 on the year with the loss and will close out the regular season at home against Brenau at 1 PM.
Asbury was outshot 42-19 in the loss as SCAD led 18-5 at halftime.
The Eagles played better in the second half, winning a majority of the draw control and scored six goals. AU's 11 goals scored on Saturday are the most goals against SCAD in program history.
Aubrey Curell scored five goals with six draw controls and an assist on seven shot attempts.
Ashley Byrd finished with three scores and an assist.

Grace Tatro each scored one goal apiece in the loss. Tatro and
Maddy Hoke each collected four draw controls throughout the contest additionally.
