Biography
2026 (Sophomore): Adyson competed in her sophomore season for the AU track & field team.
- Placed 3rd in the 4x800m-relay at the NCCAA Outdoor Nationals to break the school record with a time of 9:57.76
- Finished in 2nd place in the 4x400m-relay at the CCS Championships
Awards | Asbury Scholar-Athlete, Asbury Honor Roll, CCS Second-Team All-Conference 4x400m
2025 (Freshman): Adyson is running in her first season with Asbury's track and field team.
- Set new school record in 4x400m relay with a time of 4:22.8 at Georgia Southern Invite
- Finished 4x400 relay with a time of 4:27.1 at Centre College Showcase
