"A minute does not go by without remembering how grateful I am to be able to serve the Lord in this capacity. He has given me such an amazing coach who has guided my training so faithfully. I am overwhelmed by the support I have received from the Asbury community, my friends and my family back home. I am very hopeful for the future. Go Eagles!"

"I'm still in shock and in awe of what happened today. This entire week Ethan and I have talked about gratitude and opportunities and I've never seen anyone seize a moment the way Ethan did today. I'm so incredibly proud of Ethan and for the ways he uses his talents to point people to Jesus; to finish top 5 in the country in anything is pretty special and Ethan is pretty special. I'm so grateful for the story God is telling with this week and I'm so grateful to be able to represent Asbury Swimming on the national stage. Today was a special day…and I'm excited to get to do it again on Saturday."
