DANVILLE, Ky. --- The Asbury men's tennis team (0-2) traveled to Danville, Ky. for just their second match of the season against Centre College (3-1). The men fell to the Colonels 2-7, taking one doubles match and one singles match.
The doubles win came from
Ben Moore and
Andres Caceres, who have now won both doubles matches for AU on the young season. They won their last doubles match in February against Berry College 8-3.
The lone single victory came from freshman
Ben Moore over Centre's Jett Anderson 6-2, 6-2. The freshman Moore has had a very impressive start to his Asbury career, having part of every win for the Eagles in two matches.
Franco Patino battled to the third set but ultimately fell in #2 singles match, 6-1, 2-6, 4-6.

The men's and women's tennis will head to Brevard, Nc. to see Brevard College on March 8th at 1 PM.
