WILMORE, Ky.--- Asbury men's basketball (16-8) took their seventh straight win to close out the 2023-24 regular season on Tuesday night in the Luce Center, out-rebounding Boyce College 42-27 to take a 87-72 win.
AU honored 2023-24 senior class pre-game, including
Dakota Walden,
Caleb Wallis,
Clayton Winter,
Will O'Bryan, and
Peyton Cody. The group has combined for 67 wins, two NCCAA National Tournament appearances, an NCCAA Mideast Region Title, and a 29-12 record in the Luce Center.
"It felt great to end our last home game of the season on a high-note with a win against a very good Boyce team. I couldn't be more proud of this team. Our coaches work harder than any to make sure we are prepared night in and night out. Each and every player tonight played a role in getting this win and we are looking forward to taking this streak into the post season!"

* Clayton Winter grabbed his seventh straight double-double and 12th on the year, grabbing 16 boards with 12 points
* Dakota Walden continued his strong second-half of the season scoring 19 points with six rebounds, two steals, a block, and an assist
* Caleb Wallis dropped 15 points with six assists, four rebounds, and a steal
* Luke Imfeld added 11 points, going a perfect 3-3 from distance with two boards, two assists, and a steal
* Cayden Lancaster scored nine pints with five rebounds
* Cameron Jones had seven points (3-5 FG) with a rebound and a block
* Ben McNew scored seven points with two boards and a steal
* Trevor Nauert from Boyce scored 19 points (8-13 FG) with seven rebounds
* Asbury finished the regular season on a seven-game winning streak
* AU scored 50 first half points, shooting 55% from the field and 7-13 3PT
* Asbury has held five of their last seven opponents under 75 points
* The Eagles outrebounded Boyce 42-27
* AU was 8-0 at home during the 2023-24 season
* Asbury led the way with 15 second chance points and 25 bench points
* AU never trailed in the game, using an 11-3 run at the end of the first half to create distance
