Caleb Wallis scored 15 points while
Clayton Winter grabbed his sixth double-double of the season on Saturday night in Wilmore to lead Asbury men's basketball (10-8) past Simmons College (3-14) in the annual Ray Shouse Game, 80-51.
The AU defense kept Simmons to below 30 points in both halves, holding the Falcons to the lowest points of an opponent all season.
"The Ray Shouse game is a success no matter what but it always makes me excited for the team to pull together and get a win."

* Caleb Wallis scored 15 points with three rebounds, two assists, and two steals
* Dakota Walden dropped 13 points with three assists, two boards, and a steal
* Clayton Winter had his sixth double-double with 12 rebounds and 10 points, including two steals
* Ben McNew scored nine points with four rebounds and two steals
* Aden Slone scored nine points with three rebounds, an assist, and a steal
* Transfer Luke Imfeld scored nine points with three three-pointers in his first game as an Asbury Eagle
* Cameron Jones had eight points with two threes
* AU held Simmons to 51 points, the lowest point-total they've held an opponent all season
* Asbury shot over 40% from three in both halves, making 12 threes in the game
* AU outscored Simmons 46-28 in the second half
* The Eagles won the rebounding battle, 46-34
* Asbury scored 16 points off turnovers and 12 second chance points
* AU had scored 33 bench points
* Asbury is now 4-0 on their home court this season and are at 10 wins

* AU scored 46 second-half points and held Simmons to 51 points for the game
* Asbury shot above 40% from three in both halves
