Asbury at Transylvania University | 10/4/23 | 7 PM | Lexington, Ky. | Volleyball

One day after Asbury volleyball (7-9) set multiple individual career and season-high stats to power a win over Ohio Christian, the Eagles will make the short trip to Lexington, Ky., to face Transylvania (12-5). AU leads the overall series with Transy 9-6 since 2005, but the teams have only met once since 2015 when Pioneers took a sweep in 2021. 

Asbury enters the match fresh off their seventh win of the year, in a match that saw Lucy Kate Gray dish a career-high 53 assists. Transy has won their last four matches, dropping only one set over the span.

Asbury at Wittenberg University | 10/4/23 | 7 PM | Springfield, Oh. | Women's Soccer

Asbury women's soccer (1-5-2) returns to action Wednesday night when they hit the road to take on Wittenberg University (2-5-3) in Springfield, Oh. This match will be the first between the two in each of the teams history.

AU is seeking their second win on the season after they exploded  two weeks ago against Berea in a 5-0 shutout. The Eagles look to copy what they did on that night and put together a hard-fought 90 minutes in pursuit of the win.

Caroline Absher and Deidra Long lead the Eagles on the season with two goals on the year, followed by Maci Muncie, Anna Sparks, and Reese Bolton who all have one apiece. Maliya Crump leads the Eagles in goal with 18 saves in 545 minutes played.
