Asbury women's basketball will face the Huntingdon Hawks tonight at 6 pm for their second consecutive game on the road. AU is 4-3 so far to start the season but have won three of their last four.
This matchup will be Asbury's first ever meeting with Huntingdon, an NCAA Division III opponent who may be familiar face moving forward. Huntindgon is 0-3 to start the season but only fell by two to a strong Berry College team that Asbury beat by two on November 18th.
Asbury will look to rely on their solid defense as they have all season that leads into an efficient offense led by
Haleigh Releford and
Trinity Shearer averaging double-digit points per game. AU has turned over their opponents 150 times so far in just seven games. AU is still looking for their three-point shooting to reach its potential as it has been a strength for them in recent years.
