Women's Soccer Shutout at Centre

DANVILLE, Ky. – The Asbury University women's soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision on the road at Centre on Wednesday evening.

Centre scored three goals in the first half and the Eagles were unable to bounce back from the deficit. The Colonels scored quickly into the opening minutes of the game, before scoring again in both the 12th and 24th minutes.

CC recorded another goal late into the second half as they finished with 23 shots throughout the game.

The Eagles fall to 1-2 on the year and return to Wilmore on September 11 against Kentucky Wesleyan.
