GEORGETOWN, Ky. – The Asbury University women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Georgetown College on Wednesday evening in the Eagles' 2021 season opener.
The Tigers scored two goals in the first half, notching the first score in the 8
th minute, and then another goal in the 23
rd minute.
Asbury was limited to only six shots throughout the contest and placed just two shots on goal.
Janelle Suvimolstean led Asbury with two shots in the game.
Georgetown finished with 15 shots, 10 of which landed on goal.

Maliya Crump registered eight saves in the loss at goalkeeper.
