Campbellsville, Ky. --The Asbury Eagles were defeated at Finley Stadium to the Campbellsville Tigers, who are in the NAIA and hold an undefeated record of (4-0-0).
The game appeared to be a steady loss for the Eagles, each half totaling three goals for Campbellsville, working up to the final score of (6-0).
Campbellsville's first goal of the game occurred in the 10th minute of play, by an athlete who achieved a hat-trick in the contest.
Highlights:
Asbury goalie, Sr. Trey Miller, led the contest with a total of 8 saves and beat out the Tiger's 0 totaled saves.
Asbury Fr. Austin Dunlap and So. Josh Dluhos led shots for the night, each with two. Athlete Sammy Abraham contributed with one shot.
