Richmond, VA -- The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced that the Asbury University men's and women's swimming teams have earned Scholar All-America honors for their efforts in the classroom last semester.  The teams earned the honor after posting GPAs of 3.14 and 3.36 respectively

"Coach Keyser didn't let a difficult season stand in the way of success," noted CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart. "These are some of the best ambassadors of Asbury & Asbury's Athletics Department should be proud of these 35 men & women."

In total, 721 programs from 426 institutions earned the honor.  Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
