Box Score CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio – The Asbury men's soccer team posted a decisive 5-1 win over Ohio Christian on Thursday afternoon.
"It's good to come away with a win after being put through the ringer this season said Asbury Men's Soccer Coach, Ben Andrews. "Conditions made it tough for both teams, but our guys were composed in the attacking half and scored some good goals. More importantly, we had some younger, inexperienced players step up and affect the game in very a positive way."
"It feels good to finally be on top," said freshman Austin Dunlap. "This is something we have been grinding for. It feels even better to do what I came here to do; score goals and help this team be as successful as possible,".
The Eagles' record now stands at 2-7-1.
