Box Score PIPPA PASSES, Ky. – The Asbury University women's basketball team put together another complete effort as they won their third straight game on Saturday afternoon at Alice Lloyd by a score of 90-64.
AU now improves to 11-4 on the season after compiling a perfect 2-0 week.
The Eagles continued to shoot the ball wall from three-point territory, finishing with 16 threes on the day.

Zaria Napier led the Eagles in the scoring column on Saturday with 19 points on 7-15 shooting from the field. The sophomore knocked down five threes and added six rebounds.

Kelsey Johnson had another efficient scoring day with 17 points on 6-11 shooting. Johnson led all scorers in Thursday's 103-64 win over UC-Clermont.

Jaclynn Ruble shot 50 percent from the floor and also reached double figures scoring with 12 points.

Sarah Dennison scored 10 and
Paige Taylor recorded nine points off the bench.

Autumn Herriford led AU with seven rebounds and six assists while also scoring five points.

Trinity Shearer and
Emma Strunk scored seven and six points each.
*Asbury shot 45 percent for the game and dished out 17 assists. Defensively, Asbury forced 17 turnovers on ALC.
Highlights
*A strong effort in the first quarter put the Eagles ahead by double figures at 29-17. The Eagles put together a 10-3 run to end the period.
*Asbury shot 45 percent from the field in the first half and led 47-31 at halftime in complete control of the game.
*Asbury dominated the glass winning the rebounding margin 53-40, which allowed for AU to collect 11 offensive rebounds.
*AU outscored Alice Lloyd 23-15 in the third period to post their largest lead of the afternoon up to that point at 70-46.
