How has Asbury impacted your life?
Great Question. Important Question. Each and every day since I left Wilmore, Kentucky, an answer is given in some way, some shape, some form to the question "How has Asbury impacted my life?". Asbury has taught me to value follow-through, relationship, and appreciate the next right choice in front of me, no matter where I am, the audience I'm with or the platform I have. People have choices… lots of them. In High School, choices may look like, "where do I go to college or who am I?".  Later they turn into what, "what should I study, who should I date, what do I want to do when I'm older". Then these questions turn into "do I engage in business with this person when my ethics don't align with theirs", "do I give my employer a mediocre product when the right thing is to do more", or "do I allow my profession to dictate the terms of all other areas of my life". Many of these questions can feel overwhelming or weighty for many of us to answer but Asbury taught me to seek value God's guidance regarding my perspective and my approach no matter the stage of life, no matter the question.

Asbury also taught me the importance of mentorship. While I could speak for hours and hours on this point, choosing a mentor and choosing the right mentor speaks volumes on where you want to go and the humility required to get there.

What is your current occupation?
Vice President and Relationship Manager of Regions Affordable Housing, a division of Regions Bank.

What is your favorite Asbury athletics memory?
Tough to pin down a favorite Asbury Athletics memory but the preseason had to be one of my favorites. Preseason doesn't beat Fall game nights in any way but there will always be a special feeling looking back and remembering being in the trenches with guys who end up being your best friends, preparing for a season through hard sweat, van rides, scrimmages, conditioning, etc…Preseason built a special bond between my teammates and myself and that I will always treasure.
