WILMORE, Ky. – The Asbury University volleyball team fell in straight sets at home on Wednesday evening against IU Southeast in River States Conference play.
The Eagles lost the match 25-17, 25-21, 25-17. Asbury moves to 3-9 overall on the year and is 1-8 in conference play.
Asbury produced only 22 kills and finished with a hitting percentage of .063. IUS tallied 42 kills total and recorded a hitting percentage of .200.
The Grenadiers tallied 14 kills per set while the Eagles were limited to only seven kills per set.
