Wilmore, Ky.– The Asbury University Athletic Department announced a new radio partnership today with WNJK-FM to broadcast men's and women's basketball games during the remainder of the 2018-19 season. The station will also air the "Asbury Sports Minute" twice daily during morning and afternoon drive-time.  

Twelve basketball games will be broadcast live on WNJK-FM and will also be available online www.wnjkfm.com/listen/live/and the Jess FM app. The inaugural broadcast features Asbury vs. Wright State-Lake in the Zweifel/Pritchett Classic tonight with the pregame show beginning at 7:30pm and tipoff at 8pm. 

"This is an exciting step for TeamAU as we continue to expand the reach of our program," said Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Mark Whitworth. "We deeply appreciate the historic opportunity that WNJK-FM has provided for our student-athletes, coaches, alumni and friends."

The Nicholasville, Ky., based station reaches a seven-county area in central Kentucky with a population of more than 688,000. WNJK-FM Sports Director Will Osborne will handle the play-by-play duties and will be joined by analyst Rich Manieri.
