Awards | Asbury Honor Roll, BGO Student-Athlete of the Week

2023-24 (Junior): Garrett led Asbury golf in his third season as an Eagle, highlighted by his tied for second place finish in the Klash in Kentucky tournament (77, 73)... Finished top-ten in the opening tournament of the season at the UPike Fall Invitational with a 75 and 69... Led the field on day two of the NCCAA Mideast Regional with a 74 to power AU to the best team score of the day, finishing third place in the tournament individually behind teammate Joáo Costa... Made two birdies and 10 pars in the final day of the NCCAA National Championship with a 77... Collected an eagle and three birdies in the Alabama Invasion to finish 21st overall (+19)... Finished the season with a T-21 performance in the Rhodes Spring Invvitational (77, 78, 77) including an eagle and six birdies.

2022-23 (Sophomore): Sturges backed up his freshman season with another impressive year.... For the second straight year he was named an NCCAA All-American, finishing tied for eighth in the NCCAA National Championship... Placed third overall on March 5th in a tournament hosted by Spalding University... Tied for sixth in the Spring Arbor Invitational after a 71 final round performance... Once produced a top-ten finish tying for sixth in the Berea College Invite.

2021-2022 (Freshman): Competed in 5 competitions with 3 top 10 finishes. Including finished 3rd at Earlham Quaker Kick-off, 1st place at NCCAA Mid-East Regional tournament (73, 69/ 142).
