Biography
2024 (Junior): Ava had another great winning season with the AU Women's Cross Country team.
- Finished 2nd in the Spoon Fiercely Faithful 5K race with a time of 21:11.6
- Ran a season best time of 20:58 in the NCCAA Championship meet
- Scored in the Midway University Invitational

2022 (Freshman): Ran in seven events...placed 13th in the Cross Country Jamboree...placed second in at the Run with the Lions...ran a (20:26.5) at Live in Louisville Classic...set a new PR at (20:11.4) at Royals Cross County Challenge... became the fifth fastest Asbury runner ever on their home course with a third place finish in the Chick-fil-A Invitational... finished 15th in the race with an impressive time of (19:33.4) to finish her stellar freshman season. Knocked 40 seconds off her previous best and is now the fifth fastest performer ever for Asbury women's cross country in Nationals.
