Chick-Fil-A Featured Athletes | Franco Patino and Mary Hostetter
WILMORE, Ky.--- This week our featured Chick-Fil-A athletes are
Franco Patino and
Mary Hostetter. These two athletes highlight the six pillars of excellence that Asbury Athletics is about, and are standouts not only in their respective sports, but in the Asbury community as well.
Franco Patino - Men's Tennis | Jr. | Santa Fe, Argentina
What is your major?
Finance and Accounting, with a Marketing minor.
Why did you choose Asbury?
I chose Asbury for a broad set of reasons, though my main deciding factor was the holistic approach to academic excellence and the great commitment to athletic development.
Career Aspirations:
I aspire to pursue academic and professional development in finance. For the long term, I aspire to form a beautiful, Christ-centered family.
What Do You Enjoy?:
I enjoy traveling with the tennis team and putting Asbury's name at the highest standard every time I step on the tennis court.
Favorite Bible Verse:

What is your major?
Intercultural Studies
Why did you choose Asbury?
I chose Asbury for multiple reasons but mainly because God gave me peace about coming here. I wanted a small school with intentionally community and a good intercultural program, both of which I have found at Asbury.
Career Aspirations:
Living interculturally as a missionary, most likely teaching English as a second language.
What Do You Enjoy?:
I love to adventure outdoors! I also love anything language related.

Galatians 5:22-23
