Aaron Beaman combined for four hits and three runs scored as Asbury baseball (8-9) beat Maranatha Baptist on Friday afternoon in Wilmore, Ky., 10-0.

Eli Wilder took his first win of the season after 6.1 innings of no runs allowed and eight strikeouts. The Asbury offense had double-digit hits for the fifth time in six games.
"Overall, today felt really great! I was able to go longer and trust in myself to focus on executing pitches and it worked out really well. Hopefully we can take this and the momentum going into the weekend!"

* Aaron Beaman went 2-3 with two runs scored and a triple
* Eli Wilder went 6.1 innings with no runs and eight strikeouts for his first win of the season

* Josh McNulty and Ryan Yates each had two RBIs and two runs scored
* Asbury scored the first two runs of the game in the second and one more in the fourth to go ahead 3-0
* The Eagles committed only one error and had 10 hits (fifth game of last six with double-digit hits)
* Maranatha Baptist had seven hits
* Seven Asbury hitters had a hit
* AU scored six runs on five hits in the sixth to take a 9-0 lead
* Cam Weaver singled to left field to score Ryan Yates in the seventh to end the game

* Eli Wilder struck out eight in 6.1 innings with no runs allowed
* Asbury had 10 hits with one error
