Emily Zink and sophomore
Natalie Ison each homered on Tuesday afternoon as Asbury softball (5-5) took two wins over Edison State (3-2) in Wilmore, Ky.
The Eagles took game one 9-3 and game two 10-1 with 21 total hits on the day and only two errors.
* Natlie Ison went 2-2 in game two with a home run and three runs scored
* Emily Zink hit a grand slam in gmae one and had a walk
* Taylor enlow had four hits on the day and pitched a complete game in game one with two stirkeouts, four hits and one walk
* Samantha Bottom had three extra-base hits
* Emma Popplewell had two hits in both games
* Kaitlyn Wilson had two hits in game one

Josie Deatherage grabbed her third win on the mound with a complete game, striking out eight with no earned runs
Game One | ASBURY 9, EDISON STATE 3
* Asbury had 10 hits and no errors
* The Eagles scored three runs in the fifth and scored in every inning but one
* Taylor Enlow pitched a complete game
* Emily Zink hit a grand slam
Game Two | ASBURY 10, EDISON STATE 1
* AU scored seven runs in the first and add three more in the final two innings to end the game
* Josie Deatherage struck out eight in her third win of the season
* Edison State scored their run in the second inning

* AU had 21 hits and only two errors on the day
