Dakota Walden had his fifth 20-plus point game this season on Saturday afternoon in Batavia, Oh., but the Asbury men's basketball team (9-7) slipped to the University of Cincinnati-Clermont (11-4), 82-87. Both teams exploded in the second half for 50 and 54 points, but the Cougars' 49% shooting from the field proved to be too much.
* Dakota Walden scored 22 points (8-14 FG) with two rebounds, two steals, and an assist (Walden's fifth 20-plus point performance this season)
* Ben McNew went 6-12 from the field for 16 points and grabbed four rebounds
* Freshman Tyler Hall scored a career-high 10 points on 4-7 shooting with two rebounds, an assist, a steal, and a block
* Freshman Kirk Lemons made three threes (3-3) for a career-high nine points, bring a key spark late in the game for AU
* Clayton Winter grabbed 10 rebounds with four assists (his 10th game this season with double-digit rebounds)
* Cayden Lancaster scored eight points with two boards, an assist, and a steal
