João finished day one of the The Players Club Invitational tied for third after a five-under (70, 69) performance in his two rounds. Garret Sturges was second for AU with an eight over (75, 74) score at the end of the day.

Asbury at Mount St. Joseph | 9/12/23 | 7 PM | Cincinnati, Oh. | Men's Soccer
After their first win this past weekend, the Asbury men's soccer team will continue for another road competition against Mount St. Joseph University. AU will face off with the Lions at 7 PM. Asbury has been competing with MSJ since 2005 and since then remained undefeated with six wins under their belt. Asbury is looking to continue that streak as they propel forward with their momentum from Midway. 

Asbury will look to players like Salat Kipterit, Austin Dunlap, and Ryan Kim to aid in offensive charges against the Lions. Kipterit, being AU's lone-goal scorer against Midway, is looking to continue to be a leader for the Eagles. Keeper Peyton French made his debut performance against Midway recording Asbury's first clean sheet of the year.
