WILMORE, Ky. --- Today's gameday matchup previews are below:
Asbury vs Kentucky State | 9/21/22 | 6PM | Volleyball
Asbury volleyball will host Kentucky State University tonight at 6 pm their second home match of the season. AU swept Kentucky State previously in the year which was their very first contest.
This will be Asbury's fifth match in six days but the excitement to return home to the Asbury Luce Center should be a lift for the Eagles. AU has shown signs of very strong play early in this season and will look to continue to build on these efforts in tonight's matchup.
Asbury vs Transylvania | 9/21/22 | 7PM | Women's Soccer
The Asbury Women's Soccer team will end their streak of away games, hosting Transylvania today on the Eagles' home turf in Wilmore, Ky. Kickoff will be at 7 pm. The Eagles and Pioneers have only faced each other 3 prior times, but so far, AU has been unable to come out with a victory. The Eagles are coming off of a win against Franklin College, who they played on Monday evening, coming out on top 2-1.
Asbury holds a current record of 1-5-1, with Transylvania holding an overall record of 2-1-3.
AU is ready to work for a win, and beat the Pioneers for the first time in program history.
