NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- The Asbury University women's basketball team won its seventh straight game as the Eagles were victorious over Indiana Southeast in tonight's contest.
Top Performers:
*Autumn Herriford had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds for the night. The Lexington, Ky native also had seven team assists and collected three steals.
*Jaclynn Ruble had double figures scoring, leading the Eagles with 21 points on 6-10 shooting. Ruble knocked down six threes and was 3-4 from the foul line.
*Paige Taylor had another efficient night offensively as she added 19 points, four rebounds, and two assists.
* Trinity Shearer scored 18 points and got four boards, while Haleigh Releford scored seven points and four boards.
Key Stats:
*Asbury shot 47 percent from the field and did a great job sharing the ball with 22 total assists on the night.
* As a team, the Eagles had another hot shooting night from behind the arc, hitting 14 three-point field goals.
* The Eagles had four players in double digits and recorded 17 points from their bench.
* Asbury's defense was also a key component, collecting 23 points from turnovers.

The Eagles were victorious 93-65 over Indiana Southeast to improve their overall record to 17-4.
