WILMORE, Ky. – Asbury University Head Men's Soccer Coach
Ben Andrews won his 100
th career game on Thursday evening at home as the Eagles fought past Midway 3-2.
The Eagles returned to the field for the first time in 2021 and won their fifth straight game to improve to 7-1-1 on the season.

*The Eagles scored all three goals in the first half to build a comfortable 3-0 advantage.

Zachary Robbins got things started with the first goal off a penalty kick in the first 10 minutes.

Yannick Landwehr scored his first career goal as an Eagle off an assist from

Sam Henderson would score the third goal of the half in the 40
th minute, marking his fourth goal scored this year.
*Midway would score their first goal off an own goal right before halftime as AU led 3-1 at the break.
*MU scored the only goal of the second half in the 72
nd minute off a header from a free kick to reduce the lead down to 3-2.
*Asbury would not allow another shot on goal in the final 10 minutes of the contest.
