OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Asbury University women's soccer team collected its first victory of the 2020 season on Thursday afternoon at Brescia with a 6-0 shutout in River States Conference play.
AU improves to 1-3-1 on the season with the victory.

*AU scored three goals in each half which led to a season-high in goals scored this season.
*The Eagles placed 19 shots throughout the day, with all of them landing on-goal.

Amber McIntosh, and
Olivia Ruckriegel all scored a goal in Thursday's victory.
*AU's defense limited Brescia's opportunities all afternoon long as the Bearcats collected only six shots in the match and were unable to find the back of the net.
