WILMORE, Ky. – The Asbury University men's basketball team collected a 98-90 win at home over River States Conference opponent Alice Lloyd on Saturday afternoon.

Asbury collects its first win in 2020, but more importantly, picks up its first River States Conference victory.
The Eagles improve to 7-13 on the year and are now 1-6 in league play. Additionally, AU wins its fourth home game of the season.

Jamiel Goliday tallied a career-high 24 points to help guide the Eagles to victory. Goliday was nearly perfect on the day, shooting 9-10 from the floor, along with a 6-6 shooting effort from three-point territory.

Leander Ridgeway followed in the scoring column with 20 points, a team-high six assists, and five rebounds.

Siah Holifield recorded 19 points on 6-11 shooting, while
Eric Powell added 17 points and a team-high seven rebounds.
